Harvest & Curing Does this look ready?

New to autos (3rd grow), struggled to find optimal harvest time for potency. I’ve read a ton between trichomes, leaves, pistils - any thoughts on whether or not this is ready? Pistils say yes, trichomes say no, leaves are on the fence.

How much of a difference does it make if you’re a week either way?

Probably not the greatest shot I’ll jump into the tent to grab a few better ones tonight if it’s too compressed to assess. I have yet to see any ambers on any of the auto grows I’ve done even when leaving a plant far past when I knew it was ready to go, usually all I see is clear even when all other signs point to harvest

It's better to check the bud parts, not the leaves, for trichomes. The last cola pic still has white pistils. If you don't have all cloudy or cloudy with amber, depending on high desired, then let it keep growing.

Is this any better? Hopefully the resolution holds. Taken from the top of the cola. Are we able to judge the entire plant by the single bud?

Just used a 45x magnifying glass with camera overlaid, any better? If not I’ll grab one over the weekend?
