Ok that's better though there are different drip stick systems too. Anyway, I'll assume it has some sort of a pump because you're using hydroton. If roots have broken through the rapid rooter plug then it's time to start watering at least 2x/day. If roots haven't then once a day or every couple of days is enough. Rapid rooters retain moisture very well & very easy to overwater.
As far as what nute is easiest & best - there's differing opinions but I just watch a youtube video on Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect product line. The vid was called something like extreme demonstration. I was impressed. I know Muddy (our resident New Grower Mentor) highly recommends using it. Other easy ones to use: Dyna-Grow, Sea-Grow, Floranova and many more. Suggest you look around at what's available locally. Then ask for opinions on what's available to you locally before purchasing. I know many get supplements/fertilizers shipped to them but nothing sucks like running out of nutes & the ones you re-ordered still haven't come in.
Are you going to use the mh light all the way through? It will work as those of us who have been growing for a long time know - that used to be the only thing available for indoor grows. But having a HPS for flowering does work better.
