New Grower Drooping seedling leaves :(

Hey guys, first time grower. Sorry to as but can anyone help me with my seedling?

It's been incredibly droopy.
Planted in Coco coir.
Was overwatering, and reduced the watering and it improved greatly.
Bumped up the light last night to 50% and woke up to this.

Does it seem like a light issue? I've already reduced the light back down to 35%

Or something else. Thanks everyone.

Based on how dry that coco looks i think she needs a watering/feeding. I know you said you were over watering, but with coco, you can't really over water from what I've learned using it myself. Each watering you do with coco, it seems to have enough oxygen in there.

She looks pretty fine, just give her a decent watering and continue every day doing so and she will perk up
