Its a fine line between removing humidity and keeping enough airflow.
How you have it now lacks enough airflow IMO. It might work but its risky.
Check often for extra frosty looking buds. That frosty looking stuff that you aren't sure if its trichomes or not, in 3 hours will be full blown mold.

ok ill keep the exhaust on 24:7 aswell n just keep the passive intake small so outside humiditys not rushing in making it high humidity again
