I've tried all the methods but as I now live on the tenth floor with neighbours everywhere I've now resorted to trimming the plant of the main leaves a few days before harvest and then hanging the whole plant in my grow cabinet for at least a week to ten days.

used to give my plants a proper trim and then chop the plant into individual stems/colas but the smell of freshly cut weed was overpowering and made me paranoid as hell. Tend to find now that the end product somehow tastes better with the whole plant drying as one and if done properly, any unwanted remaining leaves simply snap off with a little tug.

Paper bags are great for the next stage of the drying process before they go into jars but I simply wouldn't trust them to put freshly cut bud into.

worse thing we can all do is dry our product too quickly.
