dyna gro problem

i have some problem with dyna gro, im using protekt, gro, mag, bloom.

my plants have 31 days, all autos in soil

my schedule (each watering)(tap water ph down, ec 0.2)

1. 14 day- 0.5L for each plant,proportion: K-L-N 1ml/1L, Protekt 0.3ml/1L
(ec 0.2, ph 6,2)
2. 0.5L for each plant, K-L-N 1ml/1L, Protekt 0.3ml/1L
(ec 0.2, ph 6,1)
3. 1,5ml/5L protekt, 2,5ml/5L k-l-n, 1,5ml/5L grow
(ec 0.3, ph 6.1 - tap water EC 0.2)

they start to look overfeed, and after some days,

3 years i was growing organic, i change to mineral and i have this problems.
