Lighting eBay HP's kit???

I know this info might somewhere out there but after searching I couldn't find anything. So have any of you guys used those eBay kits the SPL brand, Apollo, ipower. I'm looking for a 400w kit because I will be upgrading my small tent to a bigger one more precise the Mars hydro 5ft tall tent. Or any of you guys have a extra HP's kit they want to sell . Thanks in advance.

If you like white light? Have you researched using LED Cobs.
Some of those kits will blow you away. Very affordable.

Yeah I've researched cobs but I don't want to convert my Mars just yet till I have another light and buying one already made is more than a 400w hps setup. @White Punk on Dope
