I see where you're going and in a perfect world this would make sense
But that still wouldn't be right, jail is not a fun place to be especially for the innocent. These people have families

I am not telling anyone what to do or organise anything. My next statment is meant only as a "what if"...
Now with that said, why don't we all start on April 20th 2014 or 2015.. spread seeds each month until July 20th..as many as you can spare to throw out. If you do your part I'll do mine....let's figure this out and spread the word.

Exactly thats how it works. Exadurate events to push an agenda, or suppress events to keep them hidden. By delivering accounts and testimonials first hand, the overgrow wont be suppressed.
If they try to promote themselves working 24/7 eradicating millions of plants, the public will be forced to question whether or not this is a responsible way to be usng tax dollars, and limited police resources. These wont be cash crop fields, they will be fighting a war against an invisible enemy. They will be runnijg in circles whike digging their own hypothetical graves

Police find them, and continue wasting resources towards a cause the majority doeant believe in. There will always be more seeds.
Regular people find them, get free smoke, and the legend of the overgrow spreads.
Even if "Innocent" civilians get arrested for accidently being near plant they werent aware of, such injustices would bring the prohibition to its knees even faster.

I think with a little common sense that would be avoided. Not throwing them in peoples yards, deep in peoples property ect. Almost anyone on a forum would be smart enough to get the idea of chucking them where they will be found bit not caught chucking them. What I see is people getting caught trying to cut some! Haha
I think there are two risk and on opposite sides. One being to soon, 2014, and people not having time. Like myself. I would have to have a season to grow outdoors to get my beans (and order and actually receive them). But then waiting till 2015 you run the risk of it dieing out or people losing interest. Fck it do both. 2014 is just foreplay haha
Yeah, certainly not on private property, that is just wrong. Thats where the necessity of aome communication comes in. There has to be SOME rules,otherwise some jackass will think its a good idea to seed up a school or something. This is the tricky part...
It would have to be done at the right time. It would make the most sense to do it as a statement to directly oppose a "resurgance" from our opposition. Say, for example, there is a state enforced reversal of the current pro-medical movement, that would be a great time to execute. If, god forbid, some radicals get elected and start to increase their enforcement of marijuana.
In the mean time, just prepare the fort so to speak. Spread the word so people can prepare, so that when the bell rings people will be ready. If people went out of their way just a little to build up a good amount of seeds, it would really go a long way. If its a year from now, or 3, if everyone interested had a jarfull of seeds to deploy at a moments notice, then you just have to wait for a spark for it to catch
