LMFAO!! I always heard it as "old enough to bleed, old enough to breed!" It's crazy though, because when I was 19ish, I didn't want to deal with younger females because they were too caught up in what everyone thought of them. The older female knew what they liked, knew what they wanted, and weren't embarrassed to get freaky deaky, but younger woman have always came at me. Finally, once I hit 30, I stopped fighting, and just let the young women have their way with me! Poor me!

I've also heard it that way..I've pretty much heard it every way. My dad is in his early 50's and he loves to hoot and holler at girls walking down the street...which under normal circumstances would be fine. If you know.....he weren't in his 50's and the girls......weren't....12 lol.
