Did this the other day its not a fake video unfortunately it also smells like plastic...

Burning snow with a torch or lighter doesn't work very well because of sublimation. And it leaves behind black residue because burning is a dirty process. Not to mention that the snow that fell on the southern US this week is very 'dry', made up of somewhere around 90% air. Take a bowl and leave it in your house or warm it in the microwave or on the stove, then you'll see the water. There's plenty of shit to be worried about in this world without making up new stuff. This is just silly and can be debunked with a high school knowledge of chemistry and physics.
