twenty20 Bob takes Twenty20 on a BioTabs tour inside the Greenhouse - Growing Ogreberry King Band

Mid Flower
Hey growers :toke:

I've got a fine update for ya'll...Tempering the amount of PK booster I'm giving is paying of. Thanks @Twenty20 Adam for that!!
Ogreberry King Band - day 56

Wednesday late in the evening after the sun went under I sprayed the whole greenhouse with some Spinosad as the aphids were getting the upper hand...

Two weeks before that I sprayed some pyrethrum around, but now that everything is so late in season I chose to spray the Spinosad. This only works when wet and has to make contact with the aphids themselves.

I have a large 15L backpack style sprayer with a lever to pump while you carry it. And mixed up a full can. I sprayed the entire greenhouse from top to bottom and went underneath all the leaves until everything was soaking wet. Even the buds weren't spared and branches were hanging because of the weight of the water added.

Today I went inside the greenhouse curious how the plants responded to their treatment and was pleasantly surprised to see the plants relishing the fact that all those pesky aphids were dried up dead and sticking to the undersides of large fanleaves.

These young ladies though didn't show much proof of being attacked as most aphids were on the SSSC sister next to them.

Guess they don't like high nitrogen leaves

Hey Friends

Another fine day inside the greenhouse...Temperatures have been in the mid 30's °C/90's °F and humidity at a long time low of around 30-35% during the day and 45-50% during the night. Perfect conditions for flowering...
The first signs of deficiency is showing, but I know by now that there's still enough there in the soil and the plants themselves to get the well and beyond the finishline.

All the buds are fluffing up nicely and expanding as expected.

Tomorrow I'll be brewing a PK Booster Compost Tee as the previous ladies did fare well with the extra available PK and mobilizing bacteria.

A nice coverage of trichomes on these buds...

Didn't check them with the scope though...

The twins are doing well. They are a bit smaller then their solo sister, but the amount of budsites in the same pot is definitely a whole lot larger...

And on these ladies the trichomes are also very present :clapper:

Hey friends

I've got another update for ya'll...
Ogreberry King Band - day 61

Gave the ladies a drench with the PK Booster Compost Tee I started brewing yesterday. Made a bit to much as I always fill a bucket, so the tomatoes got a drenching as well

Hey Friends :toke:

These Ogreberry's are experiencing some colder weather the last two days as a typical September has set in...Don't want to close the greenhouse completely, but did close the windows a bit further :thumbsup:With the colder weather the plants are drinking less and less so there's less transpiration anyway.
Ogreberry King Band - day 63

The plants are setting in their final weeks...The solo girl below even more so then the twins above.
Ogreberry King Band - day 63

All the buds are fluffing up nicely...
Ogreberry King Band - day 63
1662739898190_small.jpg

...And are coated liberally with trichomes.
Ogreberry King Band - day 63
1662739898186_small.jpg

And even though these buds still have two weeks to go before their harvest window opens, they already look delish and they do smell like berry's went sour like milk would. A strange and intoxicating smell that's for sure!! Great work on behalve of @Twenty20 Adam and his team
Ogreberry King Band - day 63
1662739898181_small.jpg

Leaf to bud ratio looks great as well. So that's not a lot of trimming I'll have todo...
Ogreberry King Band - day 63
1662739898174_small.jpg

The lowest buds can benefit with a couple of weeks of expanding. Everything higher up only needs to ripen as the calyx' look as fat as they can be.

Late Flower
Hey Friends :toke:

Time for another update from within the greenhouse...
These three ladies have the entire greenhouse for themselves...Except for the tomatoes in the background of course, but these are the last canna ladies for the outside season.

These are the twins which are remarkably smaller then the solo girl on the right. The stems are thinner, but I think the total amount of both girls will be similar to that of the solo girl. After four days their pot was feeling light again, so I watered it with the lans. They are drinking remarkably less then in their heyday.
Ogreberry King Band - day 69
1663169566844_small.jpg

This is the solo girl and even though she's showing more signs of deficiencies she's expanded more and her buds are more matured...Her pot was still feeling heavy, so I didn't water this one. I think I've been overwatering these girls ever since they went into flower and that's why they are showing such deficiencies.
Ogreberry King Band - day 69
1663169566840_small.jpg

This is a bud from one of the twins...Looking very frosty indeed
Ogreberry King Band - day 69
1663169566837_small.jpg

And the rest is all from the solo girl...
Ogreberry King Band - day 69
1663169566832_small.jpg

You see what I mean? Just that tad bit frostier then the buds from the twins.
Ogreberry King Band - day 69
1663169566826_small.jpg

They sure do smell nice. The wet dog smell is gone now and the berry smell is very much there. Starting to get very curious about flavor and high of course

Hey growers :toke:

After a couple of days filled with rain I was glad the sun was already up and shining when I got up today. By now, she's already gone, but I still got to work under her rays none the least
Temperatures inside the greenhouse were perfect, so I took my smartphone, a joint and a nice cup of coffee with me and lounged in there for a couple of hours...Pure bliss my friends. Enjoying the warmth the sun provided and taking my time to have a nice look at the remaining Twenty20 ladies :cooldance:
During my gazing I discovered a couple of leaves which had aphids on them, so I'm contemplating if I should treat the plants again? Or if I should let it be what it is and don't. Because these plants only need a week or so and the majority of the aphids themselves were on the leaves I removed. I'll check back on them in a couple of days, but for now...Here are some pictures for ya'll :shooty:

The twins...

Nice amount of trichomes...Auto's have come a far way :woohoo1:

And the rotten/putrid berry smell is still there. See why they named it this...Great work @Twenty20 Adam!! :d5:
