Indoor Faulty autoflower gene ?

I actually gave up up on one of mine and gave it the chop :face: and it was HUGE but just not progressing in terms of flower but just getting bigger and bigger. On The other hand the second one I had kept as it was slightly more developed. All I can say is that these are the slowest developing autos I have ever dealt with. I will get a picture when I can but at approximately 75days it looks like it is only a week or 2 into flower.

The one I chopped was pretty much exactly the same stage as yours maybe 6 weeks into flower unfortunately for me 12/12 was not an option @THCHERO . It kinda figures why seedsman are throwing them in as bonus seeds as well as the free white widows at the moment. On the + side the white widows are almost finished and smell awesome. Some real old school dank.
I am having that problem. They just keep growing and growing but not actually making any buds only preflower. They stand around 3 feet. If they get much bigger I am going to have to get rid of them. They're 11 weeks old and still no proper bud development.

I've just started Auto Purple by Original Sensible. Proper autoflowers. Planted them today, they should sprout in the next couple of days.

Well don't keep your autos under 12/12 because I have done that in the past and had terrible results. If they are in a separate tent you will be fine. Mine was 2m tall when I gave it the chop !!!

Well, mine are classed as "semi-autos" which basically means 50% will autoflower and 50% will be regular... If I had read the description properly before buying them I wouldn't have bothered. I just read they are easy to grow... Little did I know that they would grow beautifully but take so bloody long to bud! Am I wasting my time with these?

Hmmm I was sent them free with an order. The packet says auto great white shark or something along those lines. Can you post an image of the packet your recieved ? Being semi autos would explain. I hear they are a great smoke however if yours need the 12/12 treatment you have to decide if you want to flip the lights and compromise the quality of your other autos in the tent.

Just Google Ruderalis Indica by Sensi Seeds. You'll find it. I am going to switch back to 18/6 I think as I don't want to compromise my true autos or I might get a whole new tent for them. Not sure yet. I can have my autos on the windowsill for a couple of weeks before I decide what I'm going to do anyway.

I meant the packet you got your great whites in :cools: was just curious if it was the same ones I was sent.

Sorry must be a bit of confusion. I wasn't sent great whites. I'm talking about my Ruderalis Indica strain that seems to be having difficulty flowering, even though it's 4 weeks in. Must be a faulty gene or an unstable strain which is why I commented. Sorry for the confusion bud.
