New Grower FF TRIO vs FF TRIO + SOLUBLES (everything FOX FARM related)

I love that schedule by herbal. I am going to follow that closely next grow.

Do anyone of you have experience with the Bush Doctor line? I apologize I Havent't read all the pages, but has anyone used Kangaroot or Microbebrew? (spelling?)

Also, how about the Flower's Kiss foliage fert? and the Open Seasame, Beastie Blooms, and Cha Ching?

hahaha Thanks in advance!!!!

I followed a schedule like that with my first few grows while using FFOF soil. Any stronger nutes I would start to have problems. With my last few grows I switched soil to promix. I was able to up my nutes to full strength from first feeding.

Day 7 - 2 tablespoon/gal Big Bloom
Any need of water from day 7-14 was plain.

Day 14 through weeks 5 to 6 when vertical growth slows mine recived 2 teaspoons/gal Grow Big and 2 tablespoons/gal Big Bloom.
I did a feed, feed, feed....and so on. No feed, water, feed, water...

Week 5/6 Until finish I went straight to 11 teaspoons/gal Tiger Bloom and 2 tablespoons/gal Big Bloom First bloom feed then upped the Tiger Bloom to 2 teaspoon/gal. I just follow the chart pretty close.

does anyone who uses fox farms ocean forest mix perlite in as well? i know it has some but do yall add any extra? :bong:

The only concern I can see with adding perlite is not to add so much that your plants don't have enough nutrients. If you're running a soil-less mix with hydroponics nutrients obviously you can add as much as you want, but if you're running soil you don't want to cut it so much that there isn't any food left.

You should be fine with 10% perlite by volume. I doubt there'd be much need for more than that.

I personally prefer a 100% soil-less mix and true hydroponic nutrients, if I want to grow soil-style.

Unholyfire, or anyone who has experience with these products.

Is this about right? ( going off the FF feed schedule chart above, Unholyfires post.)

I am using Pro-mix Hp, Fox Farm trio, Sledge Hammer, and CalMag+.

I would rather see a Full FF Trio schedule in tsp. per gallon for autos, than in 1/4 strength this, 1/2 strength that :D

week 1
day 7: 2 tsp. Big Bloom. (water when needed until day 14)

week 2
day 14: 2 tsp. Grow Big, 2 tsp. Big Bloom.

week 2.5
day 17: add 1/2 tsp. CalMag+ to the mix

week 3
day 21: 2 tsp. Grow Big, 2 tsp. Big Bloom, 1 tsp. CalMag+
feed, feed, water

week 4
day 28: 2 tsp. Grow Big, 2 tsp. Big Bloom, 1 tsp. CalMag+

week 4.5
day 31-32 Flush with Sledge Hammer

week 5
day 35: 1 tsp. Tiger Bloom, 2 tsp. Big Bloom, 1 tsp. CalMag+( for first feeding )
day 37-38 2 tsp. Tiger Bloom, 2 tsp. Big Bloom. 1 tsp. CalMag+
( first feed ), feed, feed

week 6
day 42: 2 tsp. Tiger Bloom, 2 tsp. Big Bloom, 1 tsp. CalMag+

week 6.5
day 45-46: Flush with Sledge Hammer,

week 7
day 49: 2 tsp. Grow Big, 2 tsp. Tiger Bloom, 1 tsp. Big Bloom, 1 tsp. CalMag+
feed, feed, water

week 8
day 56: same
feed, feed, water

week 9
day 63: 2 tsp. Tiger Bloom, 1 tsp. Big Bloom, 1 tsp. CalMag+
feed, feed, feed

week 10
day 70: Flush with Sledge Hammer, Water until finished ( or continue week 9 )

Please let me know if i need to change anything, or if i'm adding too much CalMag+ and at wrong times.
I also have some molassas, where, and how much would it fit into the schedule?

From FD's schedule to this one i'm way behind on nutes because not using his custom soil. ( just started day 22) Gonna kick it up a notch next feeding.:stir:

You'll want to dial down the GB and TB a bit. Week 2 @ 2tsp per is a whole lot. GB and TB are very hot and you can/will burn your girls up. Once your plants are mature you might be able to get away with 2 tsp per but not that young IMO. :smokebuds:

Thanks robwars,
Would this work?

week 2
day 14: 1-1/2 tsp. Grow Big, and 1-1/2 tsp. Big Bloom (not T.B. right?:D) ( taking away a tsp. )

Also on week 1
day 7: I think i'll dial that back a notch also. Maybe 1 tsp. Big Bloom instead of 2.

Then on
week 1.5
day 11: 1-1/2 tsp. Big Bloom.

How does the calmag+, timing, and measurement look?. ( For soil container 1 tsp. is full strength ).
If this looks right I will be using this schedule to catch up nutes, and finish my grow.
thanks again :D

Thinking of trying happy frog instead of light warrior..

To get to the point... Is happy frog to hot to germ/start seeds in? :smokebuds:
