New Grower FF TRIO vs FF TRIO + SOLUBLES (everything FOX FARM related)

Thinking of trying happy frog instead of light warrior..

To get to the point... Is happy frog to hot to germ/start seeds in? :smokebuds:

Works well for me, not hot at all :smokebuds:

Thanks bro, do you know the difference between the two? Looking on the Website they both just say.. "contains mycorrhizae and humic acid ". on the bag. :smokebuds::smokebuds:

Is there an NPK difference? Thanks for the help

One's hot and one's not, LOL, that's about all I (need to) know. :smokebuds:

Just registered to show you my results too.

Did this same thing a few years ago not on an autoflower strain. Should be cool to see the difference.

nice show WALL! thank you for sharing and welcome to the network bro.

its crazy how the yield was barely affected -- 1/1000th is better than nothing!
buds looked super frosty and sticky. :smokebuds:

im currently using the soluble this time around -- cant wait to see how they turn out for me.
i would love to see a side by side 1vs1 plant grow off tho -- should be a ver good show.

thanks again!

:smokebuds:

did you think i meant happy frog vs ocean forest bro? :D

you said happy frog wasnt hot at all but said the difference between happy frog and light warrior was ones hot and ones not :smokebuds:

All I know is HF is not hot, I have not used any of the other FF soils myself. :smokebuds:

Alright cool, my next run ill most likely ditch the light warrior then fill my pots 3/4 with ocean forest then 1/4 layer on top of happy frog to start the seedling, thanks for the info man, ive checked your threads and all your plants seemed to have loved it from the start well done

your mix should be fine -- you can even do 50/50 if you wanted.

ive been doing 50/50 with ffof/hf  works like a charm

make sure you give your soil the slurry test so you can gauge the ph.
(this resulted in me adding dolomite lime -- no problem ever since)

soil test / SLURRY:
Helpful Hint: testing for pH in soil is very different than when you test in water.
Testing the runoff from a container is not always accurate as the water just drains out nutrients.
If you want to use your current pH instrument instead of one calibrated for soil,
you must test your pH with a slurry test. Take ½ cup of soil and mix with 1 cup of water.
Let it sit for 30 minutes and test away.
We recommend that everyone test their pH as it is a top cause for many plant problems,
but spend the extra money on a better meter and keep the tip clean.
