My soil mix is way too compact, I think that is the reason for the poor growth. Hopefully, they'll pick back up.

I got fed up with the soil and moved all 4 plants to a 9 site DWC. The roots are extremely weak but they should pick up. Running at about 75ppm

They don't look horrible in the DWC, no real root growth. pH is 6. running 150ppm, hopefully they dont burn.

Little update:
The four autos are starting to recover and are growing some nice roots. Unfortunatley they are already flowering so I'm not sure how they will yield.
Running at 350--50ppm

When ya moved um, by my calculations, they were on day 19. Anywhere between day 18-24 is when their showing sex. Bad time to move an auto my friend. If the soil was compact, then they weren't growing much anyway. You could have "forked" the pots and loosed the soil up a bit. But....

As a rule of thumb, in soil, it's best not to transplant at all. Auto's don't like to be moved. There grow cycle is so quick, that any interruption in growth, will stunt and yield less. Keep them on a 20/4 light schedule, start to finish. BTW, at 96 watts a bulb, I was thinkin those were VHO bulbs. How many bulbs you thrown at it? Or total watts ?

Thanks alot, probably wasn't the best idea to move them, but now i know for next time. From now on i'll be strictly hydro when indoors. They have 96w directly on them, and over 200w of 2700k cfl for side lighting. They look ok, but i don't expect more than a gram or two off each one.

Heres the setup. Pulled on of the purple kush, and the other isn't improving. The two pineapple express don't look bad (bottom center and bottom right). They have new healthy roots forming so it will be interesting to see how they do. The other healthy seedlings are all bagseeds. My delahaze clones are in rockwool within two plastic cups as I was having a hard time keeping the humidity up.
