They look healthy now but 12 plants for a first grow?
Definitely stunted and some of those smaller girls will not produce much but hey you have 11 so... This is a common trend I see with people starting with autos. Likely because of impatience which I get. I was excited to crop out also. Problem is a simple mistake and a few days of lost growth really hurts more with autos given their short growth stages.
In the end though this is a big game of patience so take it slow... Don't do anything drastic and make any changes gradually.
Now to your grow... My first grow was using Gaia Green but in Promix and I found it was important to go heavy on the fertilizer. Follow the recommended dose at minimum. Also be careful of Calmag deficiency as I found this to be an issue.
Another issue I would caution you on is Fungus Gnats. Damp soil full of decaying organic matter is a major attraction for these pests and the 3(my outdoor and 2 friends indoor) people who I have know to grow with organic soil amendments all had issues with Fungus Gnats. I'd recommend starting a layer of sand which you can remove and replace when adding more nutrients. Also keep a good breeze on them with an oscillating fan as well as laying some sticky sticks or fly paper on top of the pots to identify an issue early.
Best of luck to you!
