FWIW,i recently lowered the nite-light off temp by cracking open a window in the room.
In just 3 nights, ambers trichs have appeared and multiply quickly.
Could be a coincidence,IDK.
Just that nite temp were in the 76-78f and read somewhere that it should be lower. It's in the mid- low 60s since.
Any way,my 113 days NL is going down friday nite.I started flushing minutes ago...
No idea what i'm doing either!!!![]()
...not planning on a flush personally...
There are still plenty of little sunsails loving the light even if she appears a little weary in the pics. Can't raise the light any higher but I might try a few things. More I think about it, the more I think I'll take all the outer branches at the weekend to start with.
Why no flush... well for one I've read enough to know that some say myth, some swear by it.
Personally I think flushing is more for the soil than the plant as you cannot flush anything from the plant itself, only force the plant to exhaust any reserves of food by not giving it any more.
Given that the leaves are still producing food for the plant unless they yellow and die and the cannazym is busy breaking down old root material into food, shes has been on 400-500ppms now for a few weeks and still runoff is 900-1000. She still has plenty left in the tank even if I lower the ppms to around TW @ 150-200.
The chlorophyll also breaks down during the drying/curing process I think.
No expert either so just giving it a go and see what happens.
