Indoor First Grow 2x4 Tent 600 W HPS

I am no expert in cloning but experience has shown me that:

[*]prune the remaining leaves by 50% of a cutting
[*]leaf needs high humidity until roots show
[*]NEVER take off the humidity dome until roots appear
[*]Bloom nutes 1/4 strength when watering(also before cloning in chosen pot)
[*]Keep dome at 25C if possible(not too hot and not too cold)
[*]Expect some to die
[*]Be patient for 2-3 weeks

It's hard to tell in the pic but these clones were super small. Maybe 4 in long max. That's why I didn't clip the leaves cuz they're so small to start. Ill try clipping them tonight.

I didn't use the humidity dome cuz I'd heard with a bubbler you didn't need one. Ill try adding it and see if it helps.

So far it hasn't been even a week so maybe I just need to be more patient lol

I had considered adding big bloom. Ill try adding a bit tonight as well.

Thanks for your help!

Things are moving along nicely. The bottom branches of that Blue Cheese look wicked haha. Next grow I am going to have to do some LST action if I intend on putting some more plants in my tent.

They seem to be at a standstill right now. Definitely the longest part of the process waiting for these girls to fatten up lol. Almost all of the stems look like the blue cheese. The craziest one is be critical jack it's almost folded over itself. That's the smallest tho so it may have stunted it my training to aggressively. My best so far is the Berry Ryder 1. Over 10 top colas and all even right now. I highly recommend trying LST.

Thanks for the comments and for stopping by!

Well after being completely out of medicine for 3 days my wife and I broke down decided to try a small sample.

I know it's not good to pick early. Can cause stunting and lower yields etc etc but we were even out of resin.

I took a very small lower bud from my Berry Ryder 3. I microwaved it on 20% power for 1 min at a time for aprox 7 mins total. I microwaved it in a plastic Tupperware with a dry paper towel on bottom, a moist towel over the top, and the lid 3/4 of the way on. I then put it in my grinder and ended up with 2 small bowls.

My expectations were very low. I was expecting it to be very harsh and nasty tasting because it hasn't been flushed yet. Surprisingly it was pretty smooth and didn't taste bad. We even smoked it out of a glass steam roller. We both got a really strong head high that lasted over 2 hours.

Now we both can't wait to see how the final product turns out. Guessing about 3-4 weeks before any will be ready. In the meantime I don't plan on sampling any more. Mainly I just wanted my wife to try it because she gets frustrated with how much time and money I spend taking care of them. Now shes very understanding lol Plus I think every grower needs to sample early at least once so they understand why it's important to wait.

Haha that's good to hear man. I plucked a sample off of stunted little one foot jack last night. I hadn't smoked in a month and it hit the spot. Ended up chopping the whole bitch down today haha. Should hold me off until the big girls really fatten up. I'd like to take them 90 days in a perfect world but we'll see llol

Did check the tricks under a scope? Mine was about 70/30 Cloudy/Clear. Super clean head high

Glad someone supports samples lol. I swear everywhere you research it online you have tons of people totally against it. Obviously it lowers your yield and could stunt your plant but really one tiny flower isn't a lot and when your your desperate. The hard part is not butchering her anymore lmao. Mines still quite a ways from being done. I know just cuz of the leaves and how fat she is. I only have a ghetto jeweler's loupe. Works ok when they're big and fat but thinking the trichs are too small to see much right now. In the future I want to get a really good microscope.

Congrats on your first harvest! Happy you finally got some meds. It's insane around here sometimes trying to find shit. The sad part is if I was still a young kid I'd be able to find bud everywhere but because I'm an adult living in the real world it's hard as hell finding it sometimes it to mention paying for it. I have people to go to but as with most stoners they're not very punctual and get lazy lol. Can't wait to supply myself with all my own meds. I'm gonna build a stockpile of jars like its WWIII after this BS lol.

If you don't sample it, how do you know where you like it....

I know right? Lol I can say mine was super early just based on how fat my buds are. The Seedbank says 60 days for the berry Ryder. She's about 55 days now and needs at least 15-20 more days including a 2 week flush. I was pleasantly surprised on how high we got from it though. We're daily smokers so a decent tolerance. It was a super clean head high. And the microwave steam dry actually worked really well. I was totally expecting it to be harsh and taste nasty. Maybe it's cuz we're used to shitty weed around these parts lol

Ill be harvesting each plant as its ready so I foresee many more samples in the future :D

Clones 2.0

My first batch of clones didn't do well. I failed to include nutrients, a humidity dome, scrap the stems, trim the leaves, and monitor the temps/humidity in my veg area.

I decided to just throw out the old ones and try again seems how I have plenty clones I can take from my bagseed plant. Basically I'm just trying to get my cloning down before its time to clone my Seedbank seedlings.

This time I did 3 clones in my bubbler with 1tblspn of big bloom per 1gal. I also did 4 clones in soil which I watered with the same mix. I then placed all the clones and my seedlings under a humidity dome.

I did remove one of my T12 lights because I read I didn't need that much light plus I want to make sure I keep the temps low. Ill keep you guys posted on how they turn out this time.

Here's a cpl pics:

Fed them all last night. Thinking ill start flushing 3 of the 6 girls in approximately 15 days. Then the remaining 3 girls 15 days later. Want to make sure they get plenty of time to fatten up.

I am noticing what appears to be a cal/mag def on my critical jack. The older leaves are a yellow/green. I did try spraying with epsom salt but doesn't seem to be helping. Hoping the feed from yesterday will improve her. She seemed to be one of the thirstiest. Unfortunately that's a downside to having multiple strains. I feed the all the same but their needs are all slightly different. The only other reason I can think of is she's getting close to done. Critical jack calls for 70 days and she's about 58 days right now. It doesn't seem like she's done cuz the buds are not that fat yet.

A good portion of my plants are showing about 30% red hairs. I believe they need at least two more weeks before I start flushing. Here's a few pics...

I'm still not sure what's up with my critical jack. Here's a few pics of the leaves that are off color and also some bud shots. I'm either thinking cal/mag def or just the plant getting close to done. Any opinions would greatly be appreciated.
