Indoor First Grow - Easy Ryder Autos

Just a quick pic update. Nothing new really. Just had to raise EZ#1 up a bit to match the other 3 that have outgrown her in height. She continues to fatten up those buds which are looking tasty.

No smell from her at all, but a little from the others. Except for when I was handling her during the LST. I got some of her sticky love juice on my finger that smelled amazing, and she let off a nice skunky smell the rest of the day. Guess it was her way of thanking me for opening her up to more light.

The close ups are of EZ#1's main cola (Day 33). Will be back in a few, peace,

Today I swapped out the MH for the HPS. I also took 6 cuttings from my Critical plant and put them in rockwool. Not sure if I'm allowed to start a photoperiod journal on this site.

I will be back in a few days with an update on the Easy Ryders.

Well the HPS is way hotter than the MH. Raised my temps up 10°. I had to move my lights all the way up, and turn my exhaust full blast to combat this. Also the HPS puts off a really yellow color, makes it hard to judge the color of the leaves and makes them look yellow as well. On the other hand, it seems to put off alot more light than the MH and penetrate deeper which is good. Be back soon when something happens. Peace.

i take my plants out and check them in daylight and yea hps runs hot but you should increase airflow if it gets too hot a fan here or there its not that bad :) best of luck for you and nice grow you got going on :) check out my grow if you like :)

Day 40

EZ#1 continues to put on weight and is pretty much staying at 14" tall. Not sure why she's so short and more mature compared to EZ#2 since they were planted the same day and have had the some conditions. She will definitely finish first. EZ#2 and #3 have grown about 6" since last week, but have slowed down as of the last few days. They are both about 23". All 3 are getting tiger bloom now @ 1/2 strength. Here's a few pics, but the color is shitty because of the HPS. Next time I will take pics while they are out of that light. Thanks for stopping by!

Day 50:

Whats up guys, here's a quick pic update on day 50. Few more weeks to go!

For the past week or so all of the girls have been sort of a lime green color on all the leaves. (check the pics) Come to think of it, I think it happened when I made to switch to HPS. Temps got up to 90, so I had to dim it to 75% which got it back to 80-ish. I thought it was N deficiency, but when I upped the dose, nothing changed. Then I thought maybe it was a ph issue, maybe a lockout so I bought a digital ph meter to replace that liquid shit. Nope, ph was good to go and runoff was solid, so no salt buildup or whatever. I just can't seem to find anything online as to why they would be so light green all over. Strain related? Only other thing I thought was maybe they got root bound in the 2 gal pots.

I've been giving EZ#1 strictly flower nutes @ full strength now. EZ#2 & 3 have been transitioning into flower nutes. Recently they've been getting 1/4 strength veg and 3/4 strength flower.

Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions I'm definitely open to them. Peace!

So after hitting #2 & #3 with a full dose of veg nutes along with their flower nutes, the lime green leaves have recovered to a darker color and look much better. Gettin real antsy now that harvest is around the corner. I took a small sample bud off the bottom of #1, and it's drying as we speak. Will report back when its dry with a mini smoke report.

Day: 60

EZ#1 is starting her flush before harvest. Hopefully she will go about 2 more weeks. She has a fruity smell and a low percentage of milky trichs.

EZ#2 & 3 are getting their usual dose of tiger bloom at full strength. EZ#2 is getting fat as shit, much thicker than #3 who is about a week behind.

Now onto the smoke....I took a small bud off the bottom of #1. Had it hanging for a day, then made the mistake of remembering I had a dehydrator. This sped the drying up greatly, which turned that one sample bud into 3 so far.... I know I should wait, dry properly, cure, etc.... I've vowed to leave it alone until harvest, just had to get it out of my system(or into my system, lol)

So the smoke was harsh as shit, and tasted horrible. The dried bud looks pretty good. Airy yet lined with crystals. It smells like tea at this point. The high wasn't too bad though. Lasted for about 30-40 mins. Uplifting buzz with a definite munchie effect later on.

So i'm definitely excited for harvest, not much longer now. Here's a few pics...First one is EZ#1, then EZ#2, and 3rd is a piece of bud.

I wish I didn't have this dehydrator because having to wait several days for it to air dry would keep me from clipping buds. Its hard to get tree around here right now so I just had to clip my 4th nug. Here's a pic of the fresh cut bud off to the dehydrator. Harvest can't come soon enough, letting this get outta control! I will stop after this one....I hope.....:smoke:

Looking really good man , I had the same lime green colour with my Jack Herrer autos and same as you upped the nutes thinking lack of nitrogen. Find out today if that has helped or not!

Stop cutting her lol
