New Grower First grow ever! Northern lights AF

Thanks for the help. Found out the hydro store is open on Sunday so im going to run down there later. I noticed that the bottom fan leafs are starting to die off and turn yellow. Should i just leave them on there and let them die or just pull them. Also my plants needed water today so I did 2 things that im hoping is going to help them. 1. I jumped my water up from 450-550PPM up to about 900~PPM. Im hoping this will add some more nitrogen but hopefuully it wont burn them. (I think they are OK) and 2. I gave the 3 about 2.5 gals of water between them. this is the first time ive ever had runoff from the bottom of the pots. Im hoping that this will help promote root growth with the added nutes. I also bubbled my water for the first time. It wasnt long but it may help.

It seems like the extra nutes really helped! The very bottom leafs were too far gone but the one that was big and yellow has kinda like a green"ring" around the outside of the leaf. It is also much more able to support itself. I read that the Sunshine mix#4 was very mild and I was being too careful about giving the plants what they need. lesson learned!

You're in Sunshine mix? Yeah, that's similar to Promix, very little nutes. It's normal for some leaves, especially the bottom ones to die off in its' lifespan. No worries. Glad they're doing better. :D

Yea I figured. Thanks for the help!! After the feeding I checked them this morning and it seems like the buds got noticeable bigger. Need to get some bloom nutes tho and maybe change my light. Not sure about the light tho

These plants are eating up the nutes!!! they love it. My top 2 bud sites on the bigger one have become one long one and getting fatter!!! Hope to get some bloom nutes before next feeding in a few days. I also switched my light to the 4000k MH i had. I also have a 2100k light HPS but i think that is going to be too low of a spectrum. Should i just leave the 6500k the 4000k or use the 2100k?? any input would be much appreciated! Thanks!!!

I picked up some liquid Flora Bloom today but I have a few questions. Is this the only thing that I need to use for feeding or should I continue to use micro nutrients also? It also says I should feed with freshwater every now and then should I still do that anyways or just feed with the nutrients? Thanks!!

You don't want nute burn, so I wouldn't feed with nutes every watering. I could be wrong, maybe someone can elaborate :toke:

Thanks. ive been feeding about once a week so i use nutes every time. Havent seen any burn so far. I also am starting to think that the taller of the 3 plants is a different breed. it has purple fan leaf stems.

Ok so i just feed the girls so FloraBloom! I used 2 gallons of water and on the back of the container it said to use 3 tsb per gallon of water. It also gave me a 5ml=1 tsb conversion. So i mixed my 2 gallons with 15ml of Florabloom which is about 50% of the recommended dose. To me that seems a little high!!! It PPM'd at 660~ with just a pinch of the GH maxigrow that i had been using. Had to PH it down to 6.5. I tested the runoff and it was 6.2. Hopefully they like it :)

Does 15ml of the florabloom sound like too much for 2 gals of water tho??? Its going to drive me crazy!!!!! lol.

DAY 48
Here are some pic of my ladies so far. They are VERY short( i think they got stunted from temps) But they measure in at 16',14",13" from soil to top approximately.

The biggest one
