So tonight I will feed the girls, with much less than usual as advised.
1L-1,5L should be ok then ? Instead of my usual 2,75L (11L pots) ?

There is something I don't understand with autopot : I did read here on AFN that cannabis love the dry/wet cycle.
Yet as you explained, it seems that autopots keep the plants always wet... can you elaborate please ?

I don't use Autopots (yet) but my understanding is that they do allow a wet/dry cycle it's just regulated by the soil/plant.

Heheh, no worries!

Yeah, that's right - organic nutes = no salts. Feeding the soil rather than the plant to build a microherd which the plant can eat exactly what it wants from.

1 - 1.5 litres per plant should be fine if the pots arent already heavy - if they are, you'll see the water coming out the bottom (of course depending on how BIG your pot is .. i'm basing this knowledge on 15 litre pot that's always in my grow room)

Who here at AFN is preaching the wet/dry cycle .. I'll be carefull here lol IMO (in my humble .. although expereinced opinion) ... it's an amature way to water, and will get results and often pretty good ones (i've done it myself for years many years ago) .. but as you've also read, it causes problems with chemical (salt based) nutes with them drying and leaving a salt buildup that needs to be removed (though watering to run off)

The Autopot give the plant the option to have water constantly available ... but its only a couple of cms high at the bottom .. so the whole pot isn't waterlogged .. it's just taking up what it needs (so moist .. and kinda perfect)

It's not impossible to water perfectly .. it just requires more skill and time than I have (after over a decade) .. and I think the auto pot (if used right and given the right nutrition for the plant) does a 95% perfect job - or maybe more.

It's like a cheat. I only like to spend a couple of hours in my grow room over the whole cycle (including harvesting), so fits perfectly with my needs.

Biobizz Lightmix (with canna start, canna vega, canna flores,) A tiny bit of calmag and some DutchPro Explode flowering booster.

I think plagron make a good light mix too!

Maybe I will give it a try for my next (second) grow...
A question though if you don't mind : having the soil perpetually moist ; isn't it a door opened to, for example, fungus gnats ?
