New Grower FIRST HYDRO Waterfarm - LED/CFL - NL x BB AUTO

SEED: Northern Lights x Big Bud Automatic ( fem) by World of Seeds
MEDIUM: Waterfarm - complete w/ hydroton and air pump (bought second pump for an air-stone in res)
LIGHT:18/6 - 100w BlackStar LED running complemented by 2 23w cfls 2700k and one 5000k (cant get my hands on 6500k at the moment but will do so asap)
TENT: 4ft tall 1.5 ft wide by 1.5 ft long
NUTES: GH Flora series ( micro,grow,bloom) & TechnaFlora recipie for sucsess kit

This is my first hydro grow ever so im going to need any & all help by all means if you see ANYTHING AT ALL thats wrong, or something that can be improved upon, please feel free to tell me. i am here to learn and can take the heat so don't be shy.

I have looked around and done some research and decided to drill out the holes in the res to make them slightly larger for roots to pass through but obviously not two large went 1/4 inch mostly.
Also - i plan on using the lucas formula for starters hopefully to further be complimented by the TechnaFlora set of nutes if its alright to do so which i dont see why it wouldnt b. if it isnt say so please

I expect this to be turbulent to say the least so all those who are experienced and cringe at my grow i apologize in advance.

I plan on doin some lst to tame her and max out yield but i also consoderd a more intence led such as a solar storm? But was intimidated by the white bleaching that could pottentiomally occur due to the fact that my tent is not the biggest in the world but if i ad cfls temps skyrocket even with vents open and fan on i would more than likely have a jaccuzzi for a res hahaha what do you guys thing??

So while i wait for my ph and calibration shit to get here i have this automazar that i broke in half attempting to lst im eventually goiing to pull it once i get supplies needed

Just got my tds 1000ppm calibration solution in the mail today, my ph up/down and 7 calibration should be here tuesday or wensday and my hanna ph/tds/ec/temp meter setup will be here this week as well. I got all excited and cleaned the waterfarm one last time and gave the hydroton their last flush before i start this also wiped down the tent with a bleachy rag and cleaned it really well one last time. Everythings in place and its just about that time to get the wheels in motion i have the coco choir cup filled with tiny hydroton hand picked with smallest on top gradually getting larger toward the bottom is this a waist of time and should i ditch the coco choir and go strait to the hydroton

Finally set up

2.5 gallons of distilled water and some expandable coco pelets and shes up and running i got a couple nice fine bubble grey 4 inch airstones from petsmart and evetything else should be here bu the end of this week hope you enjoy fellas shes time to get this started
