I had a list similar to yours that EoF helped me fine tune and tweak; in mine at least I didn't need layers or anything, just a straight planter full of the super soil mix works wonders.
I will say that it tends to be a bit too hot for seedlings though; that was the warning advice given to me. I had some leftover horticultural vermiculite sitting around, so I just cut it with the soil (about 2 parts vermiculite to 1 part soil) to make a basic organic potting blend, and had no issues with nute burn.
Vermiculite has some risks depending on where its sourced and the like, but anything nutrient free and suitable for potting a seedling would do (jiffy mix is another popular suggestion, or sphagnum peat).
To use them, use a 16 oz drinking cup to hollow out a space in the soil of your pot, then dump the seedling mix or diluted super soil into that hollow space to make a seedling plug. Then you can plant the sprouted seed directly into it, or if you use root riot cubes or something similar you can plant them into the plug.
I also recommend after a week or two, once the soil has settled from watering and your plant has height, you top-dress with either more super-soil or some EWC. Good luck! You're in good hands down here, there's some very knowledgeable masters about.
