Just a quick addon to my last update.

As i stated before, i wasnt all that impressed with my early sample. Its not bad, just not what i was looking for. After i posted my last message, i decided to take a small sample of the buds now that they have cured for a short time.

Goddamn i am effin baked.

If it comes down to chopping her sister when I get home, I will be more than ok with it!

Well im home, im half way drunk, and the AK is down.

Heres some shots.



Their in the wrong order, but i seriously lack the will to care right now.

Damn they were sticky. And full of crystal. Normally id try to trim a whole lot tighter, but i just couldnt bring myself to chop off all that sugary goodness. The smell is amazing. Very heavy skunky smell.. kinda spicy, with a light, almost creamy afterthought.... i dunno, hard to explain. Lets just say, it smells awesome!

The buds have all been placed in the bags, and put in the box. Rh of the room is around 45-50% hopfully they will be ready for the jars by the time i goto work.

Ill update on the rest of the plants tomorrow.... wifes drunk, and i havent had the company of another human all week.... i think i gotta go

Alright. Just read over my last update. Not to bad for the levels of intoxication I reached last night. However I left out one little detail. The buds, are rock hard! I mean like... possibly able to cause a concussion if smacked in the head with one. damn im excited! Id love to write up a proper smoke report, but im not really sure if its an AK or not. Ill give a nice description when its ready, but ill leave the real report for the bubble.

And speaking of her.... here she is at day 67.



those buds just wont stop swelling. The top cola is starting to get a little to heavy. And the buds are pure white with trics. The camera is doing it no justice at all. You really need to see her in person to get the full effect. In regards to the "does pot make you horny" thread... yes. Yes it does. See that cola right there? Totally gives me a half stalk.

Man, yellow leaves really bug me though. I understand its normal with autos, but it still hurts a little inside.

Anyways, im gonna give her 2 more weeks.


Oh. And one more little pleasant surprise. Remember the rarly mentioned random outdoor strain?
Look what it did while i was away...




Kind of makes me wish i didnt neglect her so badly. She had such a rough start, and insects really like her, so ive kinda been using her as bug bait, to keep the little shits away from the other plants... oh well..

What the hell is it??? Id love to get more!

Awesome man, just got caught up with your journal. That mystery auto looks amazing, my AK didn't have any purple like that at all, it was a RQS freebie mystery bean right?

Sorry if you mentioned this, but how much sun do your girls get each day on say a sunny day! They swelled up real nice :thumbs:

They wernt freebies, but they came in an outdoor mixed pack. Not labled, just all in one bag. Heres the link, its the only description I got.

Im thinking the purple one may be an NL. Ive heard of them going purple in the right temps before, and I know it was getting a little chilly at night last week... I dont really know though.

As for the sunlight, they have been getting an avarage of about 15 hours a day for the last
little while. Direct sunlight all morning, with about an hour or 2 of slight shade in the afternoon before the sun goes down... my backyard gets insanly hot during that time so it works out great.

Ohhhh dude. Im so stoked on the sweets its not even funny. Now that ive almost finished up my first auto grow, and have an idea of what to expect. I hear nothing but good things about sweet genetics, and so far it all seems to be true. Next year Im thinking of doing an all sweets run. 4 or 5 different strains with staggered planting dates. Imma have lots of fun collecting beans over the winter!
