New Grower First Time Grow questions!!

Hi all im new to the grow scene and thought id start out by trying a pc grow
It is around 20" tall 20" long and 8" wide. It has 1x45w cfl 2700 red spectrum.
Im using bio bizz nutrients and all mix and i have easy ryder feminized seeds from the joint doctor. Im also going to try some low stress training! I wanted to know what size pots should i use and also how much yield do you think i will get and do you think i can fit two plants in here??. Give me some advice brooooos

as big as possible if you can find a 20"x8" about 4-5" high tray id be tempted to make my own out of a bag

really you should have choose a short strain

yield 20-30g max IMO

1 plant should dwarf that area

Thanks! And yeh didnt really realise till i started looking on all these forums that i should've choose a smaller strain. Rookie mistake! Any other strain you could recomend?

haven't ran these but mdanzig blue streak 1 ( mossys new budwider looks short and jems do as well) maybes bad betty boo
(these may be lower potency but lr1 and short stuff 1)

For the strain I'd recommend Betty Boo (jointDR as well). She seems to stay short, unless there's a burst in flower. First hairs now starting to show up so no personal experience on that...
