no not really.although it could help on a smaller note though.but just to improve your growing uniformity and yeilf possibly..again thats only if your running one smaller light.then imo Id do another one.but higher temps with high Rh means extra issues to boot.air inside is key.but air exchange is vital man.you'll need to get fresher air in with CO2.not necessary but I like it when a graden looks all packed,it'll helps in many ways.kelp too. but expelling that air man.a small duct and a standard fan ..adapt man,make it work if your worried about noise,anything to pull that high humidity air out.plus it'll help once you gifure it out to improve your mold issues you'll run into if left to get dense flowers with that kind of humidity is all.but if done right they all help each other.more light.warmer temps expelled somewhat at a constant and letting it dry out some and so on.use a larger tube for when you water to move n pull more air out.wal mart...10 inch dryer kit and a 10-12 inch fan blowing out n some sealing method you use and you'll prolly spend al lof 20-30 bucks er so.
