Foxtailing?

Cannabis Seeds
:pass: Hey DG! ..... sooo,... that's some serious fox'ing there, not the "good kind" either,... when it gets really loose, spindly, leggy, something is going south,... usually it's overly long exposure to heat, and/or light intensity that can trigger this,.. I hear too much P at the later stages can contribute to this,.. sometimes it's genetic (f'ing GCS!), doesn't show until late in the game,... it's like she's halfway trying to reveg'! Any hot spells, signs of earlier light stress, odd hiccups in nutes..?
All this said, I do see this fairly often in late bloom, like a last oddly timed push,.. usually it's the "good kind" , shorter stouter stacking of the calyxes making the bud kinda knobby looking...
... test bud was raspy, huh? Could be lack of cleansing time, and/or fast drying (always harsher).... but the stubborn trich' ripening sounds familiar too, with problem fox'ing, so maybe finish her out ASAP, and do what you can with the funky buds....
Is her sister showing signs of this yet?

You really know your shit! Yeah, we had a hiccup in nutes when switching to MC. The first reservoir I set up came in with ppm of 1700 — probably a bit too high. So I’ve been pushing her a little.

No signs on her sister. She’s bigger and probably handled it better. Plus, they look like different plants. Buds are completely different.

I was going to feed for another week in hopes I could spur some trichomes to mature but I’m ready to throw her into some flawless finish at any moment. Shall I? Also, when it comes trimming time, I cut those spindly leaves correct?

Thanks again @Waira !!
