I switched the garden over to Advanced Nutrients…. I’m using Tangs Easy Schedule as a starting place, with a few tweaks….and I’ll go from there….

Frankie my man, how ya doin'? ...I see a second tent has been deployed-

Working on a garage-based dispensary?
I'm actually glad you stepped off the GLN train, this all-in-one thing definitely has it's pro's and con's...
IMO, MC has never struck a proper balance of NPK, not the 1-part or 2-part. N content the main problem overall, too much barring veg' stage, and that rather conditional with a variety of personal grow specifics. In bloom stage, it's too damn much period and it shows more often than not IME... N is monkey wrench in bloom stage, excess doesn't just get "stored", it's metabolism is hard wired and it messes with bud:leaf ratio, trich production, and can fuck with other nutrients uptake and metabolism...
*(amended)-- don't get me wrong,
some N is good the whole way, buds are mass and N is a building block for this, but too much makes the plant shift "processing gears" to the potential detriment of other desired productions

LOL
.... I never liked it because of the utter lack of ability to tinker and adjust without dragging in all the other stuff that's built in. We know that different plants/cultivars, even pheno's can and do have different appetites. One size does
not fit all, though GLN has made a good stab at this I must admit.
A note to regard, they often tinker with content and ratio's and sometimes it's not exactly advertised! Change = change, subtle or otherwise, and sneaky stuff like this can bite the users ass on occasion...
Some of their products like the Bloom booster and Sweet Candy are good by themselves, but are pretty damn rich in PK (SC wasn't early on, why they slapped so much PK into it is a mystery to me),... if one uses both, it's all too easy to overdose and kick off antagonistic uptake problems, which snowballs into pH problems and then it's a certified shit-show clusterfuck to get that ship righted again!
Folks forget it's possible to have this mess start with not much in the way of symptoms initially, and/or easy to misinterpret and misdiagnose what one does see... it's actually very goddamn complex, what-all is going on down there

LOL
Have you seen these charts before? They are from the APTUS grow bible, and are among the best out there... The whole PDF is online, and worth a read!
I really like the first one showing relative demand at stages over time... in fact, Ca and Mg loom larger than many realize during bloom, particularly at early-->mid stages...also note that hammering with high P late in the game is more liability than benefit... And K (along with S and certain micro's, not shown here) are big actors in this last stage for the terp' & trich' show...
Sick Bay here has more charts and such in the Defc. Pic Depot, pg.2 ... Mulder's Wheel is another good one, though hard to interpret properly at times.. I call it Mulder's Wheel of Confusion

-- but it can help clarify how and what nute elements interfere with other(s)... the next chart does a nice job of this too
Anyway, something to chew on! I hope it helps...
Water quality is so key, seems you have that figured out though. I do the same, mix my high ppm tap with RO or better still the self-fill drinking water I get from a local vendor (light charge of ions to better affect taste, plus super low ppm water isn't really good for you... serious osmotic action with that!
The hard water issue is no joke, all that CaCO3 isn't really available Ca++, just doesn't work that way... It's only weakly soluble in water, and free Ca++ is wildly reactive with that 2+ charge; if it ain't chelated quickly, it'll probably hook up with something that locks it out for good...
Do consider a humic-fulvic supplement (many benefits including chelation), and a micronute one as well... Bio-Ag Ful-Humic powder is the bomb stuff, inexpensive, hugely concentrated, 100g's will last you for years probably.
They also make amino-chelated micronutes and Ca supp's, both of which I use and really like! ...Tinker tinker, tweak tweak, and in the case of micro's, butt-cover as a regular input. The small amounts used make the N content of the amino's negligible, and the plant can take the whole complex directly in...
