Fungus in germinating seed??

Dark background would help show up better ..... Learned something new!

It is extremely small so it is very difficult to capture on camera. You're right about the dark background but I have already planted it. Maybe this happened because this was the first time I added vodoo juice to the water I used to moisten the paper towel.
