New Grower G13 pineapple express

I've growen more than 60 beans of this,3 to8 at atime over the last year and ahalf only to have it taste different almost all the time,not only me,but others.The longest cured is a real plus but the rest of it is good.My lights ,soil,ferts are all the same,Im not bitching,but wht the great taste diff? Anybody else?
