Yea, I have to rethink the hydro method. Maybe rethink the autoflower grows too and try photo.
Should do a full soil grow first, then slowly transition into a part soil, part hydro, then into a full hydro (DWC?) setup. That way it gives you a stepping stone to learn. In 3 year's of growing I've never grown Hydro, probably never will. Been meaning to setup a DWC system but always proffered soil.
Your plants aren't doing that bad. They're actually doing fine. We really don't know what's going on with the 12 day old plant, it could be working on its root system for all we know, and one morning you might wake up to a massive growth spurt.
I've personally always found that If i keep my plants inside a small container *soil grow* (1L ish) they'll be single cola (1 massive cola) and flower faster than a plant say in a 10L or 15L container. In your case, this can be a really really big advantage. Because of the legality of Cannabis in VIC atm, <10 plants = no trafficking offense. So you could grow 5-6 small single cola plants (yield you 1 oz per plant, roughly.) and you'd break-even on all your equipment in like 70-80 days.
Goodluck with the hydro grow man. So far so good. You'll still get a bit of bud off of her.
ALSO -
Don't give up on the AGP. Never give up on a plant! That plant could totally surprise you and give you a nice ounce of meds. I would suggest using the soil mixture I PM'ed you, transplanting her, giving her a nice dose of SeaSol and putting her in your grow cabinet. Don't pay too much attention to her and just let her try her best to come back to life. It's a weed afterall, it's designed to live one way or another. Until the plant is dead and fallen over, there is still a chance it will flourish. Btw got any pics of the AGP?

The 60dw is in flower, switched to thc brand bloom nutes with calmag and started putting in seasol also bubbling my nute jug (using 3l mildura tropical fruit jugs) with airpump and airstone. I'll be lucky to get a few g's out of her but I'm learning a lot from her. I lst'd the two bottom bud sites with a set of noodle box chopstix with good results. The bottom set had droopy leaves from not getting any light, tied them off to the side and got the droopy leaves responding and perking back up again.
Still ph'ing with a soil meter but seem to be getting it close enough. I'm watering from the bottom exclusively. Going to Coles tomorrow to pick up some of the seedling starter and fish emulsion. What kind of nutes to use for veg and flower that I can get from Bunnings?
I can see a new set of leaves popping from the auto green poison but still no vertical growth.
What are the yellow spots in the last pic?

nice looking photos there.
not really sure what you can get from bunnings, i usually pick up a seasol / powerfeed pack if im running low - but most of the stuff you can get from there seems more like stuff you would use if you had a specific deficiency.
have you got a local hydro shop? you can always get something more specific from there

Looks like high temperature issue. It can be high temps or your feeding her too much nutrients. The rusty spots are too much nutrients or cal-mag deficiency. I'm an Organic grower so I use dried crushed egg shells (crushed to powder) for calcium and some cheap Epsom salt (magnesium) for cal-mag deficiencies. Not sure whether this would work in your case since its a hydro variant grow, might needa await on someone who doesn't grow organic to reply.
Can't really help you with nutrients as my grows are soil and I use a different nutrient schedule and different nutrients for soil.
How much nutes are you feeding her? pH? Temperature (day/ mid day /night?)
