Woohoo sweet =) would say take away the dome to see if it was the dome or the nutes but wouldnt wanna give them more damage - i know in my experience low humidity can stress the **** out of a seedling in less than 24hours as all the guard cells on the leafs shut off and it basically stops it from "living" not just growing so it starts to die slowly -
However good way to be certain is nutes normally take up to 4 days to get used by the plant - so if it was about 4 days ago you gave nutes it might be that - otherwise i'm pretty certain its your humidity
