They are looking better with the humidity domes on or could be the chicken s#it or light nutes I fed them yesterday with the spray bottle. The AGP's leaves are definitely perking up and 2nd set of leaves are popping out. I will get some pics when I can

ETA: Just got the humidifier in the mail today so we'll see if they both perk up with higher humidity.

Woohoo sweet =) would say take away the dome to see if it was the dome or the nutes but wouldnt wanna give them more damage - i know in my experience low humidity can stress the **** out of a seedling in less than 24hours as all the guard cells on the leafs shut off and it basically stops it from "living" not just growing so it starts to die slowly -

However good way to be certain is nutes normally take up to 4 days to get used by the plant - so if it was about 4 days ago you gave nutes it might be that - otherwise i'm pretty certain its your humidity

Definitely the humidity domes and the chicken s@it fertilizer. The first set of leaves have perked up and doubled in size and the 2nd set of leaves are on the way in.

I turned on the Autopots today and let them fill up then shut off the rez to see if roots are feeding from the bottom. I'm going to stop all watering from the top so the roots will seek water down below. I mixed up a batch of in the rez with only 20 of the 45L's and 1/4th strength nutes of Grow A and B and some Seasol.

BTW, how do you count the days? Do you count the days from when the seedlings first appear out of the ground or when you germinate in water/tissue?

Hey man, that's a fine looking setup you have there! I saw you mentioned tap water in an earlier post, is this what you're using? Also, do you have a pH tester? I haven't seen any mention of your water pH, this is a very important component to your grow. I have bad tap water over here so use distilled bottled water instead. You are looking for a sweet spot of 6.5 pH under normal circumstances from your excess runoff.

I have one of those cheap chinese PH meter pens but I can't get it dialed in with the test solution of 7.0. Any suggestions of a better model Pen that isn't crazy expensive? One that can test water and soil? Post me an ebay link, if you please.

Here are these 2 girls now in their new home.

This was the sad Auto Green Poison before the chicken s#it fertilizer and humidity dome. Her 2 main leaves have gotten bigger than the 60DW and her 2 new leaves have kicked in fast.

Here is the 60 day wonder, I just put some chicken poo fertilizer around her as well and mixed it in with the coco and perlite.

I can only recommend the Oakton EcoTestr as it's what I use, but it's a bit pricey. Some others linked their fav's in This Thread. If you're really on the cheap you can use the test solution included with the General Hydroponics PH up and down bottles to determine your PH. As Nam said in an earlier post you'll also need a PPM meter to determine amounts of nutes your water. The autopot system is pretty cool, and will be fun to watch you grow.

AGP is showing some yellow streaks on her first set of leaves. I'm flying blind here, I don't have a PH meter, no PPM meter. I cranked up my autopot rez and think I overdosed on the nutes with 20L or 6 gallons and estimated 15ml of grow A and B. I think I went 5ml over dose for 1/4th nutes.

Should I flush her out? I don't even know the PH of my tap water. Got shit quality gear. No clue what I'm doing, thought I had researched for 3 months and had a good idea on what to do.
