New Grower Germination question?

The method I've been using with 100% results so far is 12-24 hour water soak, when they sink I transfer them to damp paper towel inside an inflated zip lock. Within 36-48 hours total time, their tap roots are 1/4 to 1/2 inches long. They get put 3/4 inches down in moistened peat at that time and I keep them covered with a zip lock bag in a warm (80 deg ambient) dark closet to retain moisture and heat. When they break the surface, they get the lights and I remove the zip lock bag after 48 hours. I do not need to give them any water for 2-3 days, and when I do they just get a tablespoon at a time to keep the peat from drying out. My two cents!

Be patient and give it time to rise to the top. Can take a few days to happen. Patience is the prescription from here on out! Best of luck with your grow! :thumbs:

Thanks man. Hope my baby grows. Lol either way I won't be disappointed. Growing is very exciting so I expect to mess up the first time. I'll be more thank happy if I get her to harvest.

give her a few days...roots come first....she will come up if she has the heart.

I hope!.. Her soil is little dry. Not bone dry but a lil dry. My clamp lamp 23 watt is about 3-4 inches away from her. Should I spray a little water or letter her go until tommorow?

a spritz or 2 won't hurt ....,but the baby doesn't drink much yet.
