So if ur using ocean forest i would dig a hole about 6in wide and 6in deep and fill that with starting mix, or just add a layer of starting mix on the ocean forest, after a couple weeks they'll grow into the ocean forest and should be old enough to handle it
OF is a great soil when grown in with care. But it is very hot and heavy. Some strains absolutely love it straight up, while others are completely stunted by it when not mixed with other soils. By all means use it, but just know it is heavy with nutes. If, and this is a big if, it was me I'd mix it with a very light soil with little to no nutes mixed in it at 50/50 or 25/75 with the lesser being OF. DO NOT feed your ladies any nutes for two to three weeks when they first sprout. Best of luck. Oh and make sure you ph your water before watering.
