No offence taken, as the first public thread about the upgrades I just wanted to be clear on the cost aspect that we weren't building in some giant profit margin as most companies do when releasing a new high end product. Since the monopoly between FLS and Phillips collapsed I think the pricing we got on the Rebel is reasonable and circumstantial to the market and the products efficiency. I saw a post you made earlier saying the smaller the chip size the higher the efficiency, if you have £100,000 you can build an infiniLED module upgrade that will blow the rebel out the water!!!!! http://www.infiniled.com/ New technology always comes with higher cost but with the rebel upgrades I can say for certain its not GN building that cost in.

It's still really early days bro which is properly exciting and with companies like GN pushing the boundrys and showing us what the tech is capable of we have plenty to get excited about. I know these Rebels are possibly a short term non profit making project but it's still a great example of what LEDs can do. I can't imagine what GN have in the pipeline but you know it's going to be the shiz nits.

I can see only "exceptional growth" for this company if they keep providing the best for the best price along with their exceptional service!

sorry if im having a brain fart here, but would i be able to upgrade my ms04 with only 2 of the rebel upgrades? or would this be pointless? i thought if i put 2 rebels in diagonally from each other that it would increase the footprint, any help would be appreciated.
