Just finished chopping Candy Kush [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG].. although it was more stalky and squatty than [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG], it is definitely about twice the yield as the first one.. If I was a betting man, 1.5-2oz of bud w/ another 0.5-1oz of trim, which i'm more than happy with!!! I didn't wash these buds mostly because this hangover is kicking my ass, but the largest plant, [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG], will get washed when I take her down next weekend, or more.. Even if I had to chop all of them down as of today, i'd still yield about 4oz of weight, but it looks as though it may be closer to 5-6oz of Candy kush.. I'll take it!!!!

So i've also struck put on some of the seeds germing.. The only one that was successful thus far was the DP Auto Blueberry, although the Dinafem Sour Diesel started cracking and petered out.. Heavyweight FP didn't even crack so I started another yesterday morning.. Still nothing, so I hope I don't lose all of them..

Thanks Chester!! I harvested the last Candy Kush today.. Just by looking at the volume, definitely one of the largest plants I've grown, which is good, but still not where I'd like to be in terms of maintaining a solid plant throughout its growth cycle.. I'm guessing this one will be almost a 1/4lbs, but that's including the larf or fluff, if you will.. I'm okay with that, because now, it looks like I have almost 2ozs to make into oil, so I'm cool with that!!!!! I didn't get very many pictures, as my phone was dying, so here is the only one that came out okay, for a shitty cell phone pic.. I've had issues germinating seeds, and I'm not sure if it's because I suck at germination (never really had TOO many problems before), but I had to ditch 2 Dinafem Sour Diesel seeds after a week of germing in a moist paper towel, but the 3rd one fired and is in the Rapid Rooter as we speak.. Also, the DP Blueberry is doing okay, but had a weird anomaly whereas the inside of the shell stuck to the cotelydons and wouldn't come apart.. I used a small razor knife and got rid of it and now it's doing better.. I tried the Heavyweight Fruit Punch, but 2 seeds failed to germ, so I am saving the last one to see if it's me or the seeds I got.. Instead, I dropped a Fast Buds West Coast OG Kush Auto and a Delicious LaDiva with hopes that these things take off.. This is the first time in a while that I get to shut down the grow box to save on some electricity why the other seeds germinate in the humidome.. I may actually do the DIY COB conversion of my MarsII 400w, as I noticed a couple of the diodes are dim or burnt out.. I guess I have about a week to get my shit together, because as soon as I get some true leaves, they're all getting potted and hopefully taking off!!!!

Been damn near forever since I've updated this.. I did some rearranging and some changes to the grow space, and now I'm using a couple small HPS lights as well as the newer Mars II 400w panel.. The Dinafem Sour Diesel is big, in fact the largest plant, size-wise, that I've ever grown, so that's a plus.. The 2 DP Blueberries are doing okay; tiny.. One of them looks like a mutant and the other looks like a mini Christmas tree.. I heard they were on the smaller side, but man, you guys weren't kidding.. They've been getting about 300w of HPS, and the Mars II, and seem to all be doing well.. The 2 Blueberries are being grown, one with the subcool super soil I've been using, and the other with a bag of Kind soil.. I was hoping I got similar phenos so I could see how much difference there was between the Kind soil and the subcool, homemade brew.. Well, kinda struck out there.. I'm hoping to try the West Coast OG next, as I germed one seed but it died shortly after.. I think I'm gonna forego using the heat mats and humidomes for the next sets and just put them straight into the grow area, but keep them moist.. Anyway, I'll have pics up tonight at some point..

And in true slacker fashion, I even slow-rolled posting pictures.. I took them tonight.. Having a small issue with the Sour Diesel; looks odd.. Pot felt kinda dry, so I tossed a gallon of water in it.. I noticed that the leaf tips were green, but crispy.. In fact, most of the fan leaves are starting to look like shit, so I hope it's not another pH issue, or some garbage like that as I'm leaving for a week on Saturday, and don't want my brother-in-law to have to deal with deficiencies.. Anyway, here are some pictures..

I had my brother-in-law come over and water the plants during my vacation last week and he did just fine.. He's a gardener anyway, so I think it was probably one of the best choices.. I was actually amazed at how much mass the plants put on and how much trich formation occurred in just the 8 days that I was gone.. It looks like I slowed the deficiency on the big plant, however the damage was definitely done to a lot of the nice, big fan leaves.. Plenty of light in the box, and all of the plants seem happy.. The DP auto Blueberries are trucking along; the mutant looks awesome and has a cool, natural shape, while the other has a very Christmas-tree shape to it without much side-branching but a TON of trichs.. It's almost like the this little plant is gonna be a 12" cola, about 3-4" across, just all bud.. Their both enjoying their respective super-soil mixes, and all I've added to the water thus far is 10ml Yucca extract every watering, 1TBS molasses every 3rd watering, 3ml of Botanicare Pure-Blend Tea every 3rd watering, 2ml of liquid kelp every other week, and if I'm up to it this weekend, I'll brew a small Heisenberg tea for the boost.. Hopefully the deficiency is gone and I can go on enjoying the largest plant I've grown yet!!
