Have some experience with indoor (20x Feminized Chronic and Sensi Star in soil, area 120x120cm under 650W), so far so good. Ready to harvest in a month.
As the summer is coming I planing to build a foil 3x10x2m greenhouse in the garden.
(As I live in the boonies it should be fine-no neighbors)
I will create my own soil mixture as almost everything is readily available around me. Cow, horse, chicken manure, the rest to mix and achieve quality soil I can get as well.
Now: To use to fullest our summer period (from 15 April to 15 October), I am thinking to go with AF Northern Lights with double the crop. First crop: staring seeds indoor 1 April under CFL for 2 weeks then moved them to green house 1 May, let them go crazy (Ph 6,5, nutes etc). When ready harvest them and place second batch that I already started indoor as well 2 weeks prior finishing the first crop. So, it will be: get the first plants out, work over the soil and plant the second crop from already 2 week seedlings. This way I will definitely hit just the nice weather and will not have to worry about early frost.
At this time I am not asking about ventilation, nutes, or water ph, but I would like to know how will AF Northern Light strain react to be in the greenhouse and all the light/sun blasting. Will the girls grow and flower with just natural light without any 18/6 or 12/12 change?
I am after to produce mostly Rick Simpson Oil so I need Indica and highest THC possible, but still AF.
Any input is greatly appreciated as I am new to greenhouse, RSO and AF.
TIA
