Hey guys, so i was referred here by MOTIV303 from The Dank Den, because i'm runnin auto's and there forum was main based of regular genetics. But my question is, i have 5 auto's going and they're on day 5 and im running two blue T5's and a super bright CFL out of a lamp. Now using these lights, will it be better to veg them the entire time under the CFL's and T5's and flower with my 400 hps? That was my lighting question, I have another one about transplanting. Can i transplant auto's? I heard they get stunted way to easily, and you end up loosing yield. Any specific nutes i should use throughout my different phases?

Thanks a bunch,

Stay up my friends

Welcome to the Network, we're glad to have you. :D

Yes, check out all the stickys and the links down in my signature are great too. You can always ask us if you need anything.

The lights like you said are good. Start them on cfl or T5 and then HPS for flower. You can transplant, but it's not recommended. Due to the shorter life span if it does stunt them then there's less time to turn around.

Most of us do transplant at sex, if we are using regular m/f seeds. It can affect yield, so it is best to start in pots that have a little more room for the tap root, if you do. When I use fem seeds, I start in final pot.

There are a zillion opinions on this... a lot of them work well. This is where you will need to use the links and decide what fits best for you. My advice, even though you sound like you may not be that new at this, go start a thread in the New Growers forum and introduce yourself. Hook up with one of the full-time New Grower Trainers who hang out over there. They will be eager to help... that is what they are there for. :peace:

WELCOME to AFN where the groove y:dance: growers live . Well if you are getting good veg under the T5 and cfl then when you went to flower use the HPS and cfl for lower buds to spotlight slower bottom or side bud growth .But seeing what works best for you may need to use them all LOL
