As you can see the purple kush is pissed off. The colors of the leafs are cool as it has a P lock out and has turned some cool colors. Next time I will try to grow a nice one and make a mix for this plant. Its a low nitrogen plant.

The plant is not filling out as much as I would like and doing a few weird things. Some of the leafs are turning on there sides. I am going to start growing in 5 or 6 gallon buckets after the next grow and modifying things to suit the smaller pots. I don't think it will have an effect on the size or quality of the plants. Going 50/50 with the veg and bloom mix might change later too as I play with the proportions as well. I am going to be getting a 3X3 grow tent in a while or a 2X4 and the larger pots will not quiet fit. I need to get a PH soil probe soon too. It will be interesting to see how the next plant grows as the mix is a little different. There is less manure and quiet a few mods to the bloom mix. Once I get a tent I will be able to do multiple soil mixes at once. I need more totes to mix soil in now. This week end I will be acquiring some hard wood ash for futures uses to add to my nutrients on hand. I hope I can get ahold of more red dwarf seeds soon to cuz this strain is awesome. Totally recommend it to beginners cuz it is super simple to grow. Cant wait to start breeding with it.

So I got some good pictures for ya guys. Its about day 50 or so and looking ok. I put the plant in the shower though to do a light flush and some water spit out the top of the shower head and got the plant wet. I hate getting the plants wet at this stage. Trying to flush out some of the easily leached nutrients like the nitrogen just a little. Going to sit in the shower tell the lights come back on. I hate to sue the sink water but I have done it many times and once or twice has never hurt anything. It is a little early so I did a light one. I still have 20 days left but last time I did not see any lack of nitrogen so this time I decided to flush. This was not a true flush though. I watered tell I had about 1/2 gallon of run off. Will see how it looks in 10 days and might do a true flush if it dose not start to fade on its own. I am seeing some weird leaf turning and think it is form something being to toxic which is why I did it. It would probably be just fine if I did not but I think I will have a little extra weight this way. If I hit over 2 ounces I will be happy though. O ya the plant looks droopy because it needed water.

Here is a pic of the angry purple plant I have in the same soil. It looks like there is more on the plant than there really is. It might end up being 1 ounce if I am lucky. The picture makes it look like there is a lot of bud on it. Thought you guys might like the colors though. Its hard to see how cool things look with the light on.

Although the purple kush is a little hard to grow and it dose not branch much it is a great strain for crossing with if your looking for color. Its not that high of a yielder. I have got it up to around 2 ounces before.

So are you attributing the symptoms in the purple plant(I do love the color) to the same cause as the other plant. I don't see much wrong with the bushy one...
