Outdoor Great strains for outdoor growing?

Im at 48 Degree North, Really short season. Im going with Sweet Seeds Auto's Blackjack auto and Cream Mandarin, MDanzig Sour 60 auto. A friend of ours is gifting me a whole bunch of Auto femms that he has made also to round out my automatics for this year.
For the Photoperiod Strains Im going with mainly PeakseedsBc genetics Texada Timewarp x Northern Lights, Texada Skunk, NorthernKush, NorthernSkunk and SkunkBerry. Dont know but I might try some C-99 outside this year also.
Got some private strains from some Great Breeders online who gifted me some good stuff they made. Lemon Chunk and Texada Timewarp x Northern Kush. And some I made Texada Timewarp x NorthernSkunk, NorthernSkunk x Lemon Chunk and Skunkberry x Northernskunk.
Should be a great yr if all goes as planned. I will only grow about 5 of each strain outside this yr so that I can keep a seed stock to resupply and backcross over the winter to boost my stocks for the yr after. Good luck everyone who will be growin under the giant Halide in the sky. K.I.M.

Well I live right on 40N and I have seen frost the first or 2nd week of Sept.

If the frost hits sometime in mid Oct your gold to grow anything

so have I but its rarely a 26F killing freeze, frost never kills, only a freeze will damage a plant. Been there many many nights worrying... and when I have rolled the dice and left plants out in 22F nights I have come back to only the leaves all dead no bud damage, MJ is one tuff plant for freezing...

Only thing I really worry about is mold as sept is the rainy seasons. Good luck keepmedicated sounds like some nice crosses you will be running.

My blubonic guerrilla is the most mold resistant strain sold anywhere on the planet, proven results over and over again by many swamp and northern canadian growers.

I really would like to try your Fast Bionic Guerilla this year, Read a thread on it and ya its got my attention. Gonna try to get in on that spring sale, How long you guys gonna run that for? Need to save up my change to get them.
Is the Blubonic Geurilla made up with the FBG genetics or other way around? Or are they two different strains altogether? Thanks K.I.M.

Hey KIM, the Blubonic Geurilla genetics are (Blubonic x gg3), and the FBG are (Blubonic x gg3) x auto GG.

I also grow at Lat 48 in the PNW in the US. Last year was my first run of the FBGs, I vegged for a month and put mine out on June 1st and finished towards the end of Sept. I will veg for two months this year, before setting outdoors.

Some very nice OD strains you have there my friend.

Happy growing under the great light in the sky.

:peace:

On the subject of outdoor growing, I am going to give it a go this year. I have looked into the best strains for my climate (UK) and have pretty much decided on the Dutch Passion Colour Fem seed mix No. 2 which is linked below. I also read that Purple Power is a great outdoor strain. Any comments are welcome from outdoor enthusiasts. cheers, eP.

after the weather we had last year it makes sense to do a outdoor penguine

I'm 43 N, as for DP seeds check out photo Frisian Dew, I plan on starting indoor late April or beginning of May and planting outdoors June 1st. Started gathering my super soil mix already, can't wait!
