New Grower Grow report template?

As I am nearing my first harvest of easy Ryder's, I would like to write up a grow report. I have been reading other entries and there is a similarity to the format. If there is a template available, it would make it a lot simpler to make a thorough detail of my grow.
Oh, and by the way, this site is by far the best and most informative of any I have checked out. Thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Template or not, you will hear from my results soon.

I think when I did mine (totally stoned for a proper smoke report) I copied and pasted from a review another grower had that I liked and just inputted my own info

That was easy. And this is fun! Near harvest and a great site that guided me along with really helpful and entertaining comments and advice particularly from Namvet, Sticky, yourself, and the many others.

Cheers Phil! Glad I could help out with unrelated grow stuff since I'm very inexperienced myself. Putting up journals early on really helped, maybe next round you could throw one up?!
