Indoor Grow Room Setup

Its all not that difficult but its important that you know what you are doing!

In my opinion is 400 watt just enough light for one square meter!
The key for growing some good mJ is getting the right numbers temp,enough light, humidity! If your cant control these than your going to get fucked!

So if your only going to use 400 watt then there is no reason why you shouldent want a tent because this works much easier!
BEST TO MEASURE THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM WHERE YOUR GOING TO GROW!! that way you know how you need to setup your gear!
Anyhow get a temperature controlled extraction-fan and carbon filter so you can get the temperature right in that room! Also a cooltube will help you!

Actually all this is pretty simple and I read alot about it, so that is doesn't even bother me.
The real problem for me is the ventillation, because it is indoors, in a stealthy room with no windows in it.

So I'm not sure what to do, but I'm keeping it low in the meantime, will update in a week or so.
I will consult with the hydro-shop salesman, he could answer some q's.

Ahh.. Ventilation was quite an issue in the planning of the grow room for me.
I got pretty much all the answers I need and I will edit the main post for people to see the solution.
