I have the following question .

Auto's do not like being transplanted as it might stunt growth, my question is , growing in airpots wont this stunt the growth when you prune the roots growing through the bottom or airholes ?

You don't have to prune by hand bro Airpots do the pruning....when a root reaches the hole/oxygen it stops growing and sends a signal to the plant to send more roots out.

I'll recommend the airpots. Works great.

Thanks for the reply TaNg , much appreciated.. I have been growing in the ground for years and decided to try some super auto's , will have a local plastic molding company here make me some 10 gallon pots..looked at importing some but with customs and duties I can make them for cheaper..

Thanks Tdam , I will be growing outdoors .. What super auto's would you recommend ? . I have decided to opt for auto's as the weather here would permit me to grow year round.

Ive seen people poke holes in buckets.
also this one guy I knew made a pot out of rabbit cage wire and a wool blanket. it was like 30 gal or so.

I have seen guys use rabbit cage wire and shade cloth , I would think that the wool blanket would be prone to get mold .
