( I'm still up for helping create 'The 420Method' PDF. )
This is what I have from the first 40ish pages.

"fertigated 5 times a day with General Hydroponics FloraNova Grow from day 15 to after stretch, then Drip Hydro A&B from after stretch to harvest"
"automated fertigation at day 14 now"
Fed them 350 ppm of General Hydroponics Flora Nova Grow and Botanicare Calmag for the first week with the PH set at 6.0
Floralicious, GH Rapid Start, GH Armor SI, Clonex solution and Mykos. After about the second week of flower and my plants are finishing their preflower stretch I’ll cut all veg nutes and start them on GH Flora Nova Bloom, GH Koolbloom and continue with Floralicious and Armor SI
I keep my nutrient ratios the same and use only 1 PK booster (GH Koolbloom) but I slowly increase my EC during mid to late flower. To keep my nutrient strength in check and avoid over fertilization I cut all veg nutes from their diet around the second week of flower and substitute the PPMs with the PK booster.
They started out in 1.5” Grodan cubes after soaking in water for a couple days then placed in 4x4x3” and 4x4x4” rockwool blocks immediately after sprouting. Fed them 350 ppm of General Hydroponics Flora Nova Grow and Botanicare Calmag for the first week with the PH set at 6.0.
Using only 1 training stake per plant I’m able to create a nice bushy plant in 10-12 days with 8-10 main cola sites up top.
Starting to slow down on their stretch so I stopped all the tucking and weaving and now letting the nodes reach for the light. Still doing my daily canopy management with a lot of defoliating and leaf tucking to keep the foliage down up top and I’m also planning to completely strip the plants down again within a week.
Day 70. At this stage I was fertigating 5 times during a 24 hour period for 10 minute increments with the EC set at 1.8. She was drinking about a gallon and a half a day. Started adding Sugaree from Cutting Edge to her diet for carbohydrate supplementation and also fed General Hydroponics Koolbloom powder for her finishing PK booster.
I start by prepping the plants with a heavy defoliation and also super crop the main thick stiff branches that I need bent over with a pair of pliers, then attach a 3” nylon scrog net with garden wire or zip ties to the 4 tent poles and pull it as tought as I can. After I set my prepped plants in place I slowly slide the netting down the poles and over the top of the plants while spreading them out at the same time. I try to pull the plants down and out as far as I can and have them grow horizontally by tucking and weaving the branches daily. Using the 3” net I have more strings to work with and more areas to tuck compared to a 6” net.
By just simply bending the the main top over around day 15-20 in veg to promote more side branching, timing the net right, and keeping up with the pruning you should be able to create a nice canopy of buds and definitely increase your yields.
There was a period of time where I was plucking 500-700 leaves a day trying to keep the bud sites clear and I’m still continuing to remove leaves as the plants finish up their last phase of flower.
I usually switch up my nutrient line every 6-8 months but I’ve been running General Hydroponics Flora Nova Grow/Bloom for over a year now. It’s a basic inexpensive 1 part N-P-K that works very well with only one bottle for veg and one bottle for bloom. I like to veg my plants hard and try to promote vigorous root development so I also supplement with General Hydroponics Floralicious, GH Rapid Start, GH Armor SI, Clonex solution and Mykos. After about the second week of flower and my plants are finishing their preflower stretch I’ll cut all veg nutes and start them on GH Flora Nova Bloom, GH Koolbloom and continue with Floralicious and Armor SI.
I run my lights 24/7

I point one 1/4” line directly to the base of the stock and strait pipe the feed directly to the plants without using drip emitters. I also fertigage 5 times during a 24 hour period with a digital timer for 5-15 minute increments depending on the stage of the plants.
Not sure how much you’ve been stripping her but it’s good to give 2 weeks in between your schwazzings
I usually give a couple weeks in between my schwazzings but I do defoliate the top sites daily.
Super Cropping just increases the amount of growth hormones being produced. These modern autos can take it and within 3-5 days the plant has bounced back. The key to getting consistent results is heavy defoliation, automated fertigation 4-6 times daily and keeping those tops down under the mesh/rack during stretch.
Autos can take the LST, HST and the heavy pruning as long as they’re healthy from the start.
Keep on tucking and weaving buddy. Need to keep all the tops on your main branches pointing horizontal under your grid so most of the energy is diverted to the smaller and weaker nodes. You can remove foliage underneath your canopy and while you’re down there try to push up any of the smaller nodes that might be hanging down so they get the light they need. Every node counts with this method and even the smallest nodes that usually gets picked off (lollipopped) will turn into a nice cola if you treat it right.
