Indoor Growing Scrog

Thanks for the tips. I will do another rescrog tomorrow and if needed I will apply HST. Do I need to flatten them out 90 degree or just spread them evenly a little bit? I will check your posts where you rescrog them.
This might help.

Just finished rescrog. It was tough to schwazz. I can’t imagine how 420autoflower does it with multiple plants😃 Respect for hard work and answering our questions.
I tried my best but this big plant takes all the space😃 The long veg was too much. But I had to finish my house so for the next grow I will grow autoflower so there will be no excuses because I don't decide when it will start to flower and won’t overgrow my space😃 Mistake was made veging two more weeks after a supercrop. The main branches were to stiff to supercrop even with pliers. I supercropped the rest of the branches that were in my way. Opened as much space as I could. For the second grow and the first time supercropping will be a good experience for future grows.

Before schwazz with a removed net

After 2h schwazz on big one. Later I removed more leaves.

Smaller one took 30min. Also removed more leaves after.

After the net

Supercropped some taller branches to stay even

Now I just need to make it to the harvest😃

Good job brother!

Just about enough confidence/foolishness to try rockwool cubes.

Would stacking 6" cubes, or making a pyramid of 1 on top of 4 or 9 be the soil equivalent of a massive container, and need less frequent watering?

I've seen bags of rockwool cubes. Can I just fill a 5 gallon airpot with these and water once a day?

That would work but if you want prolonged veg time and explosive growth you might want to consider high frequency fertigation. You can build a simple DIY hydro unit for about $35

Is this because of the more frequent dry backs? So bigger isn't better?

I see sometimes just a 4 or 6 cube, sometimes 4 on 6, and now 4 on 2 6's. Does the smaller media bloom sooner like in soil?

I also wonder if the stacking helps as opposed to just putting it in an 8". Does 16" root height help delay flowering too? Or is it all about the fertigation? @420autoflower

In my flood and drain runs I've found short frequent floods(15on/15-45off) always yielded the best results for me, never paid attention to the veg time though.
