Hello, inspired by @420autoflower method I am doing something similar but I am not sure is it scrogg or lst? Photoperiod in 1m x 1m tent, day 63 and 28 from switch

It's a reverse scrog , plenty of top shelf flower to be had here

I tried scrogg one time but I hated it when I have to put branches through the net, that was a nightmare for me. Now I have net attached to the pot so I can easily catch any stem and move it down, up left or right. Bending with electrical wires.

Beautiful work! Did you bend down everything after a schwazzing some days into preflower, like the 420autoflower scrog method?

Rather than mixing and testing pH (irrelevant according to claims), maybe test performance and grow some plants with the stuff? Not adding more salts to adjust pH might work well with rockwool blocks and the 420 Method?

I am not defending/supporting Advanced Nutrients, their monopolistic pricing, marketing, its corporate or leader's behavior, etc. (much of which is questionable), just noting that their stuff works as claimed for likely most users.

Day 18. Roots out the bottom of the 6x9. Do I need to do anything? From what I can tell I just let them grow into the tray?

Gas, I asked 420 many months ago how he managed root outgrowth in his trays. He said he basically leaves them be, and they die, or sometimes he trims them. The rockwool gives you lots of room for roots. For example, a 3 block stack of 4" cubes, at harvest ...
