New Grower Has Anyone Ever Seen This Before????

Ok so what I've been told is basically the same as the pic in the OP.
Where the seed is attached to the plant there is an indentation, if it is perfectly round, smooth, and not misshapen in any way it is a female. If it is oval, rough, or not an indent but protruding it is a male or a hermi.
I've been given 30 or so seeds, from some shipped in a coffee can Mexican brick weed, that are very mature and healthy looking, that I think will be perfect for a little test.
When I have the chance I'll separate them, pop em, and sex em we shall see how close I can get

I am not sure Brick weed iis a good testing medium. Most of that is hermied plants.

My and my wife tried this before. Studied it, and tried to pick out ten females based on what we learned from that exact chart (seen on GP).

We ended up with 6 females and 3 males (one didn't germ), So I don't that that is a good test, or the chart is BS. We had the normal amount.

my two cents

Peace

Eek

It would just be for s*+#s and giggles, not scientific by any means.
Did you happen to germ the rest of the seeds? Was wondering what the percentage of males was in the "male" pile.

its very old and been posted many times over the years and has been shot down as bullshit , but if anyone wants to try and prove it themselves either way i say go ahead

dont expect it to be true though

peace

I first saw this about 4 years ago. I agree, it's BS.
