Grow Room Has anyone used water only soil before?

I use a slightly tweaked version of subcools soil recipe, I've grown outdoors and indoor with it and never had a deficiency or needed anything but water and an occasional compost tea. I also never grow in pots smaller than 7 gallons. I also have been able to grow multiple cycles with it. Currently growing in 10 gals, but I like big pots especially with soil. You barely have to water and everyone says bigger roots bigger fruits so I like to give my girls lots of legroom.

I ordered this keep it simple water only soil which claims to have enough nutrients to feed a plant for up to 6 months. For anyone who's ever used this water only soil, or any water only soil from amy brand, tell me what has your experience been like?
Great Lakes soil is some of the best ive seen
