I’m confused because everyone says you need to store Buds in a cool place to stop degradation of their strength. However when you Turn the buds into bubble hash, people then heat them up to process them. Won’t this then degrade their strength?

How do you "heat them up" when making bubble hash?
Are you talking about pressing(wine bottle or coin press) the results of either ice water wash or dry ice shake?
It's just part of the process. If you don't want to heat your product, I guess the only process is using a coin press.
Storing bud in a cool place to keep it from degrading is for long term. Storing in a cool place still applies to your hash no matter what process you use to make it.
Bubble hash is done with bubble bags and ICEwater...bubble hash is a goopy mess when done at even moderately warm temps...
Heat IS used when pressing rosin from bud, but it is only momentary, maybe 90 seconds or so. Not long enough to really make a difference... if you just left it in the press, it would begin to decarboxylate.
Processing is a quick step getting to a final point.
Storing is long term in a place that is averaging good conditons.
Thanks for the replies, yes that’s what I thought but I was just checking. I’ve made some bubble hash (dry ice method actually) And was rolling it with a hot bottle of wine thinking, hang on a minute.....

You where probably watching Frenchy @ work. After washing (read as: sieving) he dry's the collected resin. Afterwards he uses a glass bottle filled with hot water for pressing the resin into hash. The bottle is filled with hot water to aid in melting the resin. You could do it with a press, but the bit of heat he applies prevents the use of multi ton presses to get to the same result.

Using a press and using a bottle of hot water results in two different types of "hash" . And I would consider the material to be "hash" even before it is pressed.
When one rolls their hash with a bottle filled with hot water, that does not create the same material/type of hash that a multi-ton press does.
"Rosin" is what results from using a multi-ton press, and it is a bit different from hash that's been rolled with a hot glass bottle.
Yes I realise that Rosen is another step beyond Just a simple press with a bottle. And I know that Rosen is better smoke but it’s also heated up hotter....Which is opposite you would think for a good smoke.....’Cool is good for your crop, hot is bad’
