Strain, medium, lighting, nutrients, RH, PH in and out, and any pesticides used, that should get you started, along with a nice big close of picture or two of the problem plant.

Hey Eek I've also posted here https://www.autoflower.org/f74/help-help-help-30201.html please check it out for me. I don't know which strain I want to use yet either. Any suggestions? Looking for a nice yield and potency.
Good to meet you if I can I will chime in whenever possible. Good luck, Check out the Sweet Seeds Catalog for easy growing strains that you cant beat. Theres lots, The Dragon line is another that people are having good results with.

That way more eyes (some unbelievable growers here) are following your progress, and all your details are in one central location. That helps out the ones helping you.
12 and 24 for a first and second grow is ambitious, Bro. Have you considered starting smaller and working up? Might save you a lot of money in the long run...
